How do I know what size to order?
To measure ring size, you can either:
- Use a piece of string and wrap it around your finger to where the string meets, this will give you the circumference of your finger. You can measure this against the chart below to get your size.
- You can also take an existing ring that fits and measure the diameter on the chart below.
How will my order be shipped?
All items come well packaged and are sent via Royal Mail.
What if I want to return my order?
I love my jewellery and hope that you will to, however, if you find for some reason that you are unhappy with your purchase then please contact me and I will arrange for a return to be made.
Returns must be made in the original condition and in the original packaging. Once the item has been received in the original condition, a refund minus delivery charges will be issued.
How to I care for my jewellery?
Upon receiving your jewellery, you will find a small silver cloth included. I would advise that you keep this with your jewellery as silver can oxidise (go black or tarnish) with products such as soaps and hand sanitizers. Silver can also oxidise if left in the box with a little humidity. This can be easily remedied with a rub with the silver cloth included.
